European design remote control roof celling overhead crane is a single girder crane, it is often the most cost-effective lifting solution for various applications and industries. Single girder cranes use less material and are more compact and lightweight than a double girder crane, which results in a significant cost-savings in material, freight, and installation. Also, because they only require one bridge beam, these systems typically have less deadweight, meaning they can utilize lighter runway systems and tie into the existing building support structure.
European single-girder overhead cranes have light dead weight, compact structure and low energy consumption. European cranes use a unique design concept, featuring small dimensions, light weight and low wheel pressure. Compared with traditional cranes, the minimum distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the height of the headroom is the lowest.

SINOKO CRANE European type single girder overhead crane is designed according to FEM standard with double lifting speed and stepless cross traveling speed and long traveling speed. The crane advantage are as below:
i. Lightweight design
The European type single girder overhead crane is more advanced on structure design. The crane self height is 20%-25% lower than normal overhead crane, the self weight can be 20%-30% lighter, the wheel press can be 15%-20% smaller, the hook limit will be smaller so the working space will bigger. Moreover, the light crane structure can reduce the workshop cost.
ii. Low-energy & free-maintenance
With German motor, the total power can be 20% lower than normal crane, which can save energy.
Composite transmission mechanism has less mid device, the efficiency can be higher.
Frequency control speed, the can be low-high speed 1:10, which will improve the working efficiency with more than 20%.
iii. Free maintenance and easy maintenance design will reduce the maintenance cost for you.
